A highly self-motivated individual with the ability to use her own initiative at all times, our candidate has excellent supervisory, organisational, communication and office management skills.  Always keen to learn and take on new challenges, she is very committed and hard-working and is happy working autonomously or as part of a team.  Her current role involves her being solely responsible for running a monthly payroll for approximately 900 plus employees.  As well as her extensive skills in the area of Payroll, she also has experience in the HR field through such activities as maintaining all personnel records, conducting investigations and disciplinary actions where necessary and running Assessment Days for the recruitment of new staff.  Now looking to further her career in an exciting and demanding role, our candidate is ideally looking for a role in the Coleshill or surrounding areas with a salary of around £22k.
