IT Support Analyst

Our candidate is a hard-working, experienced and motivated IT Support Analyst with a broad range of skills.  He has a proven record of providing an excellent service to all levels of users/customers, both in field service and as a site-based engineer, working within business and manufacturing environments.  Having the ability to work on his own initiative or as part of a team, this excellent candidate is able to organise and prioritise his workload to get the best results for customers.  He is quick to learn and adapt to new methodologies and best practice, as well as being eager to take on new challenges.  A good communicator with one of his strengths being able to train users and provide clear documentation.  Available immediately, our candidate is now looking to further his knowledge and experience ideally in a company based in the Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas but he can be flexible on location.
