Our candidate is an enthusiastic, responsible and competent manager with an excellent customer services and operations background. In his career to date he has added significant value to organisations as a result of good project management skills and maintaining high customer satisfaction. One of his key skills is to plan and co-ordinate tasks to a successful conclusion and he has recently completed the Chartered Management Institute Certificate in First Line Management. He has also achieved a HNC in Business and Finance with Computing and Economics and is now keen to take on a new and challenging role within a customer service environment where he can fully utilise the skills he has gained to date.
